My recent visit to Glint Dental was truly exceptional. Dr. Iana and her entire staff were outstanding. The office itself is beautiful, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. They clearly utilize the newest technology, which was impressive. I initially went to Glint Dental to pursue a plan for my teen daughter, who has a somewhat complex dental case. Previous dentists had simply given us referrals and left us to navigate the process on our own. Dr. Iana, however, went above and beyond. She consulted with her peers on our behalf and served as our single point of contact throughout the entire process, developing a comprehensive long-term plan. What truly set her apart was her honest advice; she even advised us to wait on certain procedures rather than pushing us to pursue them prematurely. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. Top notch experience! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years (I know, I know) and I was treated with the most amount of kindness possible. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and was told how my appointment would go. The dental assistant was so kind, caring, and talked me through every single step of what we would be doing (xrays, cleaning, etc.) as a new patient. Dr. Iana was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and also explained every little thing she was doing. She checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, needed anything, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. At no point did I feel judged for waiting so long to see a dentist. In fact, they treated me like a VIP from the second I walked in the door. From an insurance/financial point of view, I was recently laid off and had 2 days before my insurance expired. Everyone at the office was on top of advocating for me, made sure to get every possible discount, and explained all of the costs (no unnecessary up-selling or gaslighting). They worked around MY restraints and made it as easy as possible to get the care I deserved. They also explained non-insurance payment options (membership plan). The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very spa-like. The equipment is state of the art and the exam rooms are comfortable. I was immediately put at ease and was offered no less than 5 options to make me even more comfortable. I can honestly say that my experience has completely changed my point of view of dentistry and I will no longer be nervous to see a dentist thanks to the team at Glint.
