It’s high-end and comfortable without feeling over the top, and the best part is that it’s covered by my insurance. When you walk in, you’re greeted by Diana at the front desk. She sets the tone for the whole visit. She’s friendly and warm and actually takes the time to explain what’s covered by insurance, what’s not, and what your options are. She’s also helped me with scheduling and reminders and she brings this great energy that makes the whole space feel welcoming. I see Dr.Iana and she’s been amazing. I’ve had ongoing issues with my gums for a while and most dentists never really dug into what was going on. She took the time to actually look into it and explain everything in a way that made sense. I always feel like she’s really listening and not rushed and she answers every question I throw at her. I’ve also dealt with teeth grinding for years and finally decided to get a custom retainer. Fatima, the dental assistant, helped me through the whole process. She explained how everything works, what to expect, and how to take care of it. Dr. Iana, Veyda & Diana are the most wonderful women ever, I am so glad to have finally found a primary dentist in Austin. I had a front tooth bonding composite I was looking to replace with a permanent crown after years of being self conscious about the discoloration. Dr. Iana milled a temporary crown in house to wear until my lab crown arrived just to make me feel more confident until my tooth was ready. Just about everyone told me that only doing 1 veneer on my front tooth would be impossible and advised me to do all 4-6. Dr. Iana and Veyda worked their magic and proved everyone wrong and after a few weeks, I have never felt so confident and beautiful. I swear my cheeks are sore from how big I’ve been smiling since finally loving my smile after nearly 20 years of wanting to change it.
