Top notch experience! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years (I know, I know) and I was treated with the most amount of kindness possible. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and was told how my appointment would go. The dental assistant was so kind, caring, and talked me through every single step of what we would be doing (xrays, cleaning, etc.) as a new patient. Dr. Iana was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and also explained every little thing she was doing. She checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, needed anything, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. At no point did I feel judged for waiting so long to see a dentist. In fact, they treated me like a VIP from the second I walked in the door. From an insurance/financial point of view, I was recently laid off and had 2 days before my insurance expired. Everyone at the office was on top of advocating for me, made sure to get every possible discount, and explained all of the costs (no unnecessary up-selling or gaslighting). They worked around MY restraints and made it as easy as possible to get the care I deserved. They also explained non-insurance payment options (membership plan). The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very spa-like. The equipment is state of the art and the exam rooms are comfortable. I was immediately put at ease and was offered no less than 5 options to make me even more comfortable. I can honestly say that my experience has completely changed my point of view of dentistry and I will no longer be nervous to see a dentist thanks to the team at Glint. The lovely women running this office are AMAZING!! Never in my life have I been able to say I enjoy going to the dentist until now. They’re incredibly polite and easy to talk to, even about every-day stuff going on in Austin. The office aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous, and the new technology here is incredible compared to all my past dentists. If you’re on the fence about trying them out, do it. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in many years. The clinic is impeccable and the attention to detail and patient comfort was impressive. Most of all, the dentist was clearly very knowledgeable and took extensive time for my appointment and for the consultation- it definitely felt more concierge than what you’ll find elsewhere. Her bedside manner was kind and sensitive and she was not overly pushy or rushed to get to additional services or products (something I’ve found of putting about previous experiences at other practices).This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in many years.
