My wife has been a patient here for almost a year, regularly coming in for treatments and cleanings, so I was familiar with their reputation. This clinic is one of the most upscale, luxury dental offices I’ve ever seen. Dr. Iana (Yana) is an outstanding specialist. Despite the website indicating that the next available urgent appointment was a week away, she managed to fit me in the same day. She quickly assessed my condition, prescribed the necessary medication, and even called around to arrange a referral to a doctor who could see me right away for surgery. Dr. Yana is fluent in both English and Russian, which adds to the level of comfort for patients who may prefer or need to communicate in Russian. This attention to detail and patient care really sets this clinic apart. The clinic is equipped with brand-new, high-tech equipment, which made my experience even more comfortable. My wife has mentioned that during her visits, she was occasionally offered eye patches and other beauty treatments—just one example of the extra care and attention they provide. On top of all this, Glint Dental offers a very reasonable subscription plan that beats most traditional dental insurance options. It’s a great deal, especially considering the high level of care and service they provide. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had my first appointment with Glint today, and they were amazing! Everyone was so personable and easy to talk to and made the process so easy. This is the best dental cleaning/ consultation I’ve ever had. They were extremely informative and educational, and explained thoroughly the next steps they suggest taking and why that’s the decision they came to. Top notch experience! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years (I know, I know) and I was treated with the most amount of kindness possible. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and was told how my appointment would go. The dental assistant was so kind, caring, and talked me through every single step of what we would be doing (xrays, cleaning, etc.) as a new patient. Dr. Iana was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and also explained every little thing she was doing. She checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, needed anything, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. At no point did I feel judged for waiting so long to see a dentist. In fact, they treated me like a VIP from the second I walked in the door. From an insurance/financial point of view, I was recently laid off and had 2 days before my insurance expired. Everyone at the office was on top of advocating for me, made sure to get every possible discount, and explained all of the costs (no unnecessary up-selling or gaslighting). They worked around MY restraints and made it as easy as possible to get the care I deserved. They also explained non-insurance payment options (membership plan). The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very spa-like. The equipment is state of the art and the exam rooms are comfortable. I was immediately put at ease and was offered no less than 5 options to make me even more comfortable. I can honestly say that my experience has completely changed my point of view of dentistry and I will no longer be nervous to see a dentist thanks to the team at Glint.
