Dr. Iana is incredible—so professional, kind, and caring. Their new X-ray machines give a much clearer, fuller picture than anywhere else I’ve been. I could see and understand more about my situation, which made me feel completely confident in my care. The treatment planning was amazing. Dr. Iana explained every option—what needed urgent attention and what could wait. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was such a relief to make thoughtful decisions together. I don’t know why, but sitting in their chair doesn’t feel like being at the dentist—it honestly feels like a mini-vacation! The environment is so relaxing that all my usual stress melted away. I had an urgent tooth extraction and bone graft, and I was so impressed by how careful and professional Dr. Iana and her assistant were. I expected swelling or bruising, but I felt great right away and could go on with my day as usual. I am very anxious in dental settings, and they treated me with so much respect and kindness. Top notch experience! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years (I know, I know) and I was treated with the most amount of kindness possible. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and was told how my appointment would go. The dental assistant was so kind, caring, and talked me through every single step of what we would be doing (xrays, cleaning, etc.) as a new patient. Dr. Iana was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and also explained every little thing she was doing. She checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, needed anything, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. At no point did I feel judged for waiting so long to see a dentist. In fact, they treated me like a VIP from the second I walked in the door. From an insurance/financial point of view, I was recently laid off and had 2 days before my insurance expired. Everyone at the office was on top of advocating for me, made sure to get every possible discount, and explained all of the costs (no unnecessary up-selling or gaslighting). They worked around MY restraints and made it as easy as possible to get the care I deserved. They also explained non-insurance payment options (membership plan). The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very spa-like. The equipment is state of the art and the exam rooms are comfortable. I was immediately put at ease and was offered no less than 5 options to make me even more comfortable. I can honestly say that my experience has completely changed my point of view of dentistry and I will no longer be nervous to see a dentist thanks to the team at Glint. For anyone who may be nervous to go to the dentist, GO TO GLINT!Top notch experience! I don’t feel like I’m on an assembly line either; plenty of time to talk about my questions and concerns. TV on the ceiling showing nature scenes is great.
