Top notch experience! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years (I know, I know) and I was treated with the most amount of kindness possible. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and was told how my appointment would go. The dental assistant was so kind, caring, and talked me through every single step of what we would be doing (xrays, cleaning, etc.) as a new patient. Dr. Iana was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and also explained every little thing she was doing. She checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, needed anything, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. At no point did I feel judged for waiting so long to see a dentist. In fact, they treated me like a VIP from the second I walked in the door. From an insurance/financial point of view, I was recently laid off and had 2 days before my insurance expired. Everyone at the office was on top of advocating for me, made sure to get every possible discount, and explained all of the costs (no unnecessary up-selling or gaslighting). They worked around MY restraints and made it as easy as possible to get the care I deserved. They also explained non-insurance payment options (membership plan). The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very spa-like. The equipment is state of the art and the exam rooms are comfortable. I was immediately put at ease and was offered no less than 5 options to make me even more comfortable. I can honestly say that my experience has completely changed my point of view of dentistry and I will no longer be nervous to see a dentist thanks to the team at Glint. I can’t say enough great things about this company – from the office to the team. The office is like a spa – calming and clean, and you’re offered thoughtful amenities to make you comfortable (convenient parking as well). The team is friendly and welcoming. Pricing is transparent. If you have any anxiety around dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Elledge. She keeps up with the latest technology to make things efficient, and she explains clearly and is gentle and accommodating.I can’t say enough great things about this company – from the office to the team. Dr. Iana, Veyda & Diana are the most wonderful women ever, I am so glad to have finally found a primary dentist in Austin. I had a front tooth bonding composite I was looking to replace with a permanent crown after years of being self conscious about the discoloration. Dr. Iana milled a temporary crown in house to wear until my lab crown arrived just to make me feel more confident until my tooth was ready. Just about everyone told me that only doing 1 veneer on my front tooth would be impossible and advised me to do all 4-6. Dr. Iana and Veyda worked their magic and proved everyone wrong and after a few weeks, I have never felt so confident and beautiful. I swear my cheeks are sore from how big I’ve been smiling since finally loving my smile after nearly 20 years of wanting to change it.
