My recent visit to Glint Dental was truly exceptional. Dr. Iana and her entire staff were outstanding. The office itself is beautiful, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. They clearly utilize the newest technology, which was impressive. I initially went to Glint Dental to pursue a plan for my teen daughter, who has a somewhat complex dental case. Previous dentists had simply given us referrals and left us to navigate the process on our own. Dr. Iana, however, went above and beyond. She consulted with her peers on our behalf and served as our single point of contact throughout the entire process, developing a comprehensive long-term plan. What truly set her apart was her honest advice; she even advised us to wait on certain procedures rather than pushing us to pursue them prematurely. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over two years, so I was a little nervous going in. But the staff completely put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and consistently checked in on me throughout the visit. Dr. Iana took her time explaining everything about my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I didn’t feel a thing! This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in many years. The clinic is impeccable and the attention to detail and patient comfort was impressive. Most of all, the dentist was clearly very knowledgeable and took extensive time for my appointment and for the consultation- it definitely felt more concierge than what you’ll find elsewhere. Her bedside manner was kind and sensitive and she was not overly pushy or rushed to get to additional services or products (something I’ve found of putting about previous experiences at other practices).This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in many years. The office is like a spa – calming and clean, and you’re offered thoughtful amenities to make you comfortable (convenient parking as well). The team is friendly and welcoming. Pricing is transparent. If you have any anxiety around dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Elledge. She keeps up with the latest technology to make things efficient, and she explains clearly and is gentle and accommodating.I can’t say enough great things about this company – from the office to the team. The lovely women running this office are AMAZING!! Never in my life have I been able to say I enjoy going to the dentist until now. They’re incredibly polite and easy to talk to, even about every-day stuff going on in Austin.
