Glint Dental Studio has been the best experience I’ve had with a dentist in Austin. I’ve been to a few other places over the years, but this one stands out. It’s high-end and comfortable without feeling over the top, and the best part is that it’s covered by my insurance. When you walk in, you’re greeted by Diana at the front desk. She sets the tone for the whole visit. She’s friendly and warm and actually takes the time to explain what’s covered by insurance, what’s not, and what your options are. She’s also helped me with scheduling and reminders and she brings this great energy that makes the whole space feel welcoming. I see Dr.Iana and she’s been amazing. I’ve had ongoing issues with my gums for a while and most dentists never really dug into what was going on. She took the time to actually look into it and explain everything in a way that made sense. I always feel like she’s really listening and not rushed and she answers every question I throw at her. I’ve also dealt with teeth grinding for years and finally decided to get a custom retainer. Fatima, the dental assistant, helped me through the whole process. She explained how everything works, what to expect, and how to take care of it. She’s patient and easy to talk to and made the whole experience way smoother than I expected. Overall, I’ve been blown away by Glint Dental Studio. The people, the energy, the quality of care, all of it. I’m definitely sticking with them for all my dental needs going forward. I’ve been to a lot of dentists. This is by far the most skilled. I keep expecting pain or discomfort that never comes. They’re extremely professional. It feels like going to a spa. I don’t feel like I’m on an assembly line either; plenty of time to talk about my questions and concerns. TV on the ceiling showing nature scenes is great. I’m pretty sure they remember I like that one and change the channel before I show up.I’ve been to a lot of dentists. This is by far the most skilled. Top notch experience! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years (I know, I know) and I was treated with the most amount of kindness possible. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and was told how my appointment would go. The dental assistant was so kind, caring, and talked me through every single step of what we would be doing (xrays, cleaning, etc.) as a new patient. Dr. Iana was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and also explained every little thing she was doing. She checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, needed anything, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. At no point did I feel judged for waiting so long to see a dentist. In fact, they treated me like a VIP from the second I walked in the door. From an insurance/financial point of view, I was recently laid off and had 2 days before my insurance expired. Everyone at the office was on top of advocating for me, made sure to get every possible discount, and explained all of the costs (no unnecessary up-selling or gaslighting). They worked around MY restraints and made it as easy as possible to get the care I deserved. They also explained non-insurance payment options (membership plan). The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very spa-like. The equipment is state of the art and the exam rooms are comfortable. I was immediately put at ease and was offered no less than 5 options to make me even more comfortable. I can honestly say that my experience has completely changed my point of view of dentistry and I will no longer be nervous to see a dentist thanks to the team at Glint. For anyone who may be nervous to go to the dentist, GO TO GLINT!Top notch experience!
