The Glint Experience: Personalized Care Meets Concierge Dentistry

I’ve often heard people say they were disappointed after visiting the dentist. Many of them felt rushed and didn’t receive personal attention during their appointments.

I understand how frustrating it can be when a dental practice doesn’t go the extra mile to make a personal connection with their patients or make their visits feel special. Trust me, I worked in those offices and it didn’t bring a sense of fulfillment to my career.

In my experience, there are several factors that really make visiting the dentist a drag for patients: feeling rushed, impersonal care, dealing with third-party insurance, and inconvenient waiting times.

That’s not how I want to feel when I’m at the dentist, and it’s certainly not what I want for my patients. I opened Glint because I wanted to offer a relaxing and unique experience (akin to visiting your favorite spa or five-star hotel) while making a personal connection with everyone who comes through my door. To take personalized care a step further, I decided to offer concierge dentistry services.

It can be hard to find a practice that gives you that level of personalized customer service and care. But the fact is, dentistry is a relationship business, and I wanted to create a place where you can develop a great relationship with every staff member who knows you by your name.

Our policy isn’t in contract with third-party insurance, which gives me better flexibility to offer the best care and service without restrictions. We do, however, file claims on your behalf so you can get the most out of your benefits.

Beyond these special touches, I wanted to give my patients an additional service to enhance their care: concierge dentistry.

Although we’re available during standard office hours, I felt patients who have busy schedules, specialized needs, or privacy concerns deserve more flexibility when it comes to booking their appointments.

Whether you’re a public figure, you have dental anxiety, are experiencing a dental emergency, or your schedule makes it difficult to visit the office during regular business hours, I make every effort to accommodate your needs and make your care as accessible as possible–from evening and weekend hours to private, discreet appointments.

At Glint, it’s not just about dentistry; it’s about building meaningful relationships, offering personalized and attentive service, and making sure your care is convenient every step of the way.
