Small team. No hand-offs.
Glint runs deliberately small. The person who plans your case is the person who treats it, every visit.
The whole studio fits in one room — deliberately. It’s why appointments run on time, why the person who books you already knows your case, and why nothing gets lost between providers.
Dr. Iana Elledge, DMD
Redefining what dental wellness can feel like.
Born and raised in Ukraine, shaped by resilience, discipline and high standards. She studied Physiology and Chemistry at San José State — because wellness begins with fundamentals — then earned her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2019, and later spent several years at the Kois Center in Seattle, one of the world’s most elite postgraduate dental programs.
She moved to Austin with a vision and zero interest in cold, clinical dentistry, and founded Glint to blend aesthetic excellence with whole-body wellness — what she calls positive dentistry. She’s continually traveling for advanced training in cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry, and outside the studio you’ll find her in contrast therapy, meditation, or spending time with her family.
Diana
The calm in the chaos. The heart of the studio.
Houston-born, Austin-raised since the age of two — Texas through and through. Over twenty years in dentistry, starting chairside and mastering every angle of the patient journey since. She speaks both clinical and front office fluently, and translates each into human language.
A fierce patient advocate whose non-negotiables are clarity, empathy and support — and the go-to for treatment coordination, big-picture thinking and smooth days. Married ten years, a proud Army mom, and bonus mom to three wonderful humans (plus Theo, the household boss). Off duty: cooking, cycling and being outside as much as possible.
Tanya
Twelve years in. Here for the part where people feel taken care of.
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, she moved to Austin five years ago and never looked back. There was no childhood calling — she started exploring options after high school when a friend mentioned the field, jumped in, and to her own surprise ended up loving it. What kept her was seeing the impact she was having, patient by patient.
More than a decade in operatories has taught her the details that matter: the pacing, the tone, knowing when someone needs a moment before you begin. Ask her what the job comes down to, and the answer is simple — helping people feel seen, heard and cared for.
