I had a great experience at Glint Dental Studio. The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to get to know me, which made the visit feel personal and welcoming. The professionals here are clearly knowledgeable and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. The facility itself was clean, neat, and modern. Top notch experience! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years (I know, I know) and I was treated with the most amount of kindness possible. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and was told how my appointment would go. The dental assistant was so kind, caring, and talked me through every single step of what we would be doing (xrays, cleaning, etc.) as a new patient. Dr. Iana was so thorough, made sure I was comfortable, and also explained every little thing she was doing. She checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I was ok, needed anything, and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. At no point did I feel judged for waiting so long to see a dentist. In fact, they treated me like a VIP from the second I walked in the door. From an insurance/financial point of view, I was recently laid off and had 2 days before my insurance expired. Everyone at the office was on top of advocating for me, made sure to get every possible discount, and explained all of the costs (no unnecessary up-selling or gaslighting). They worked around MY restraints and made it as easy as possible to get the care I deserved. They also explained non-insurance payment options (membership plan). The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and very spa-like. The equipment is state of the art and the exam rooms are comfortable. I was immediately put at ease and was offered no less than 5 options to make me even more comfortable. I can honestly say that my experience has completely changed my point of view of dentistry and I will no longer be nervous to see a dentist thanks to the team at Glint. For anyone who may be nervous to go to the dentist, GO TO GLINT!Top notch experience! Dr. Lana and the team are the best in Austin. I got 4 veneers done a couple of months ago and I’ve never felt more confident. I’ve also been in for routine checkups, teeth whitening, dental cleaning and they do an amazing job every time. Their attention to detail, soothing atmosphere, and fun spirit made every visit worth it. Couldn’t recommend enough!Dr. Lana and the team are the best in Austin. The office is like a spa – calming and clean, and you’re offered thoughtful amenities to make you comfortable (convenient parking as well). The team is friendly and welcoming. Pricing is transparent. If you have any anxiety around dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Elledge.
